I was really surprised by how much SRC listens to employees! The job had good training and mental health support for interviewers.

It was difficult experiencing negative calls from the problem - this is part of the job and SRC does a good job to mitigate the negative effects but just a heads up if you are maybe a touch more sensitive like myself!
