Pros
It’s a good way to get your foot into the federal government. The benefits are good, My coworkers became like family.
Cons
The Denver region in particular is a cesspool! The favoritism is blatant, The manager at work for literally had well over a dozen EEO complaints against her and nothing ever changed. THE DENVER WSU IS NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! You are more or less punished for having military experience. I seen veterans fires and punished left and right by the district manager. Get your foot in the door but run from that place as soon as possible.
