Pros
I love being a PAA, pay could be better. End of the month is a crunch otherwise if we’ll managed it’s very nice to work. Have attendance bonus.
Cons
I heard CIF’s/AC’s make 18$ an hour now as an increase. I’m still making $16. It used to be $14 for base for everyone last year so I’m almost tempted to Apply to CIF to make better money, slightly shorter hour (paid lunch) but I prefer PAA position.
