There weren't a lot of opportunities to grow in this company, but I enjoyed working for them and learned a lot.

Communication, especially with the CEO, is very limited and not the best.

Nice office in nice location

Had up to 8-10 interns at one point. Pitted interns against each other to see who would perform the best. Offered the highest performer a full time position and cut the rest. Shortly after, fired the one that was offered the job and hired another intern who joined later after all the other interns. This was in 2007 and most if not all of the interns were college students working an unpaid internship as "fashion interns." Not even sure if this is legal. There were only 3 other positions in the office aside from the interns: a developer (who was probably paid), the CFO and the CEO. Developer kept to himself and CFO and CEO spent a lot of time in their office arguing with each other, so interns not given much guidance.
