- Higher Up's go on vacation 5-6 times a year while you struggle to pay bills. - Men make more and dump their work on other people. Some of those men do not do anything ever and make $30,000 more. They ignore all requests and deadlines but never get in trouble. - You will do work way out of your job description. - You will work past normal working hours and stress all the time while still, struggling to pay your bills. There is no break between work and life. - Owners claim to care about you but only care about making money for the company and then spending it on themselves; literally, where does the money go? - There is ZERO room for growth. Your title is what you will be forever and always; there is no plan in place for raises or bonuses, which is absurd. You should not have to beg for a raise, there should be incentives for doing well. - Also countless amounts of conflict of interest. Higher ups are either family or dating so they can do whatever they want - Do yourself a favor and don't work here
