Terrible - Anonymous employee Soco Private Security Employee Review

I was pleasantly surprised they offer 13 paid holidays, vacation accrued after 90 days that can be used after 6 months and a HR/Operations team that is caring about both employee and client needs. It's a rare find these days!

Medical benefits are offered but not exceptional. Not a lot of sites/clients in SF area yet.
