Pros

- Probably WFH - Other basic benefits like health insurance - if you are lucky you can occasionally meet "smart individuals" who are all always ''one foot out the door'' - It did start off by few talented individuals and until few rotten apples joined the leadership team

Cons

- Childish and self obsessed leadership team; would rather drive the company over the cliff than swallow their pride, accept the situation and work towards fixing the problems - Priorities change every 2 weeks ; from company level to each product ; strangest behavior is engineering decides on the priority - The product is below average (not state-of-the art as they claim) as its implemented by mediocre to poor developers . No change is implemented within defined timelines and they need a lot of time to learn new skills for any basic changes - Very poor engineering leadership (in India) where engineers are hired not for their skills but by regional / personal influences. - A lot of old school authoritative practices for a small growing company - No employee is empowered; why ask "how can I help" when you already have a biased opinion and never going to listen

Pros

One of the highest-performing companies I've ever worked for. There is a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and winning, with teams genuinely supporting one another to achieve shared goals. The company provides tremendous opportunities for both personal and professional growth, and you're surrounded by talented people who challenge you to continuously improve and succeed.

Cons

The same qualities that make this a great place to work may not be for everyone. Success here requires a high degree of ownership, initiative, and self-motivation. This is not an environment for passive contributors; you are expected to lead, solve problems, drive outcomes, and proactively navigate obstacles. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and there is a constant sense of urgency around execution and winning. While you have the resources and support of a larger organization, you're expected to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and run your area of responsibility like it's your own business.
