- Ridiculous talent - intelligent, creative, energetic - Leadership's vision is clear and inspiring - Performance culture - aptitude and initiative are prerequisites - Location, benefits, (really) amazing snack selection, people, work hardware are all top level

- Not much hand holding (a 'con' for some)

Great work environment! Everyone is really hard-working and responsible, which gives us the ability to have flexible schedules and still be very successful. Way less meetings than any other company I've worked for. The tone of the office is very positive and relaxed. Management is pretty transparent and keeps us all up to date. Good location. All Apple office equipment and endless snacks and beverages.

Not an issue for me, but it is a smaller company so if you're constantly looking for a promotion or to climb the corporate ladder, this might not be the place for you. If you're happy with doing good work, this is the place to be. Of course there are the typical bonuses and raises and, because it's a small company, there are opportunities to be doing new things. It's a very supportive environment if you want to tackle something you haven't tried before.
