Mediocre but stable, no place to grow - Anonymous employee SodaStream Employee Review

Employee development and growth are foreign concepts to this company. There is nowhere to grow and not out of lack of opportunities but rather company views employees as pawns and not talents. When interesting positions open - they would rather find new employees from outside than promote internally, and when they do, it's usually mediocrity that gets rewarded. Even within a role, employees that attempt to develop by themselves and promote new ideas to push the business get blocked. If you are ambitious and talented and looking for a place to grow - run far away.
