Always busy, Always Interesting ,great people

No Office in Florida , a lot of traveling

A lot of Great people, great customers, work load isn't dreadful unless you're in a key role. Very relaxed 95% of the time. President(Yuji Akutsu) is very welcoming and a Positive and firm individual when management goes the wrong direction.

Management politics are very bad. Some Managers, even as high as Japan HQ, have been known to hold/talk down to their subordinates/employees who were more capable/knowledgeable or who, frankly, wanted to help get Sodick to become a better company as a whole without being self centered. There are many Selfless people at Sodick, it's a shame their managers wont say yes or help 90% of the time unless it affects their own selfish optimisms.
