      Pros

      MOST of the employees here were genuinely nice and good people.

      Cons

      Management, management, management. The constant micromanagement, verbal abuse, and harassment by management (mainly the CEO) made me dread coming to work every day. You can feel stress and tension among the employees and for the overall vibe. It also feels like sketchy when management goes back on their word, hides things, and keeps things secret, like when other employees leave.

      The people here are hardworking and have a lot to teach me. Working here has given me great insight into the world of lithium metal batteries.

      Cons

      I wish I had been able to pursue more focused research while I was here. I got to try many different things because it is a small team. However, I desired to learn more about the subjects in greater depth.
