      Pros

      * lots of different types of software development happening here. Shoulder to shoulder with experts in physical modeling, numerical simulation, beautiful web apps, firmware… * everyone is very smart and dedicated * company is doing well

      Cons

      * we’re busy, so we don’t spend as much time learning from colleagues as we could * lots of maritime lingo to learn * balancing tech debt with customer needs can be challenging * comp is not as high as at AI darlings
