      Family business which runs through the company's core. Employees genuinely care! You also get to work with amazing products that genuinely are top notch. You have a great work life balance and you can really make a difference.

      Cons

      You need to learn quickly and build your knowledge as the products are very detailed.

      Pros

      A small team supporting each other's success to hit individual and store targets. Selling, the most wonderfully crafted furniture and textiles.

      Cons

      No cons, I worked in a store where management and colleagues sang from the same hymn sheet. I would still be working there if it wasn't for a relocation change.
