      Non c’è la mensa, orario lunghissimo 8.30/12.30-14.30-18.30 nessuna flessibilità, HR completamente assenti e scollati dai problemi dei dipendenti, no partime, nessun adeguamento dello stipendio, rapporti fortemente gerarchizzati, il dipendente è un numero, controllo sui profili social

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
