      WFH, few good TLs, easy approvals of Leaves

      Not any industry relevant experience/skill, no incentives bonus overtime leaves encashment PF Insurances, Some micromanaging TLs, Not a great average hike

      salary is only i have seen senior even after year there salary is too low and haven't increased
