Pros
Great benefits. Look out for the employees when selecting beneift programs. Lots of free food. Monthly meetings with some departments. Unfortunately not all. Family owned.
Cons
Too many people not held accountable for their jobs. Not performing yearly reviews. Expected to work holidays. Think all employees should always put them first. Expect too much but not willing to pay for it.
