A long list of cons. * THEY DON'T PAY SALARIES AT ALL. People who have left are asking for Fnf for years (yes, years). People still working are "stuck" because their 3 months salary is pending and they'll lose all if resign. * Top management doesn't have any ethics left. They will do whatever it takes to get more work and pay nothing. Won't reply to your calls/ emails. * Everyone is leaving. Those staying are looking for job. * Only few people are paid huge salary to manupulate juniors to work without salary and make them believe company will get 1000 Cr funding soon. LoL * No real project. Client's never come back because their project is either not delivered or can't handle 1000 users * HR asks employees to add "fake" reviews. Everyone was asked to add one. (Whatever good reviews you see might be one of them) * Once you leave the organization, they'll forget you like you ever existed. Doesn't matter if you worked your arse off for them. * Just a never ending list .....

Unique in so many ways. The culture here doesn't believe in going with the crowd. The in house innovation here is something that doesn't exist in 90 % of companies. not afraid to put feet in the latest technologies. It's involved in a variety of domains, all fresh and challenging. Talent and loyalty are nurtured and is reflected in paychecks and the culture of working with a free mind and among talented individuals. It takes hard work to work in an innovative company like such but I cannot put enough stress on the point that the work done here is groundbreaking.

No spoonfeeding for anyone. Requires a lot of effort compared to most firms.
