      Pros

      Great learning experience. A boon for the freshers. Uses all latest technologies like Node, Nginx, Mongodb, Python, .Net , Java & J2EE A fast growing company Not much work pressure and generally no working on the weekends

      Cons

      The place should be more happening and should have more frequent team gatherings

      Pros

      Good for starting your career as a software engineer.

      Cons

      Too much dependency and workload on a single employee. No fixed working hours as the employee is expected to respond to clients requirement in 4 hours even if it is midnight. No work life balance at all. No additional perks and benefits.
