None. They lie to their employees and their customers equally.

-Very unprofessional owner. -Some "managers" are uneducated (never attended college and have no plans to do so), simply hired because they are related to the owner. -Abusive environment (imagine screaming, broken objects, etc...) -Lie to customers about the products they have and what they are capable of developing. -Very unorganized. -Have to listen for hours to the owner talk about nonsense leadership "advice". He is convinced he is the Dalai Lama. -Discriminate against religions that are not the same as the "family's". -No training.

Clients and their projects mainly in retail distribution are important which provide a good experience.

The management and the quality of service are really bad and outdated which made it loose all its clients in France and in the world in general!
