i worked more than 3 years in SoftGrid Computers Pvt Ltd. and when i was joined SoftGrid Computers Pvt Ltd then in my joining letter he has mentioned that notice period is 1 month. but after 3 year he send one mail that from today notice period will be 3 month. so i resiged from SoftGrid Computers Pvt Ltd and i complete my 1 month notice period. but on the second last day of my office he told me that he will not give me my all remaning one and half month salary because i did not complete 3 month notice period. and when i ask with HR regarding this policy so she giving me rubbis reasion. as if you did not take any objection when we change alternet saterday off policy to 5 days. you did not take any objection when we shift over office from sapna sangita to IT park. you happily followed that policy. i also told to here that if you told me before, that if i follow this new policy so i have to follow 3 month notice period policy also .then so i do not accept this policy also. but still they are not giving my salary they showed there real face in the end. don't belive what they are saying or what they are giving in writen on joining time.
