Remote work option beside going to the office

Company is a joke, they promise a lot but in the end if your project gets shutdown bye bye no matter how much you were valuable to them. Projects get closed for whatever reason, even after my team was delivering everything on time. I guess the management had some issues. Strong NO!

I’ve been working at Softbinator for 7 years and it’s been a truly positive experience. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where new ideas are welcomed and innovation is encouraged. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a genuine focus on employee growth, learning, and work-life balance.
