      Love the people, the knowledge, and the smallness of the company. Everyone helps everyone regardless of dept and position. Upper management is accessible to all including prospects and customers.

      Pros: - Software tends to sell itself which is great for building pipeline - Get to work with higher ed and K12 institutions. You feel like you're actually making a difference - The people at the company are genuine and it feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction
