Cons
- Moderate salaries at least for my level - Bad management, lots of potentially good workers and valuable time wasted - Old old old technologies - Lack of straight-forward and planned decision making, most of the times I was surprised by major decisions taken by my project manager, decisions that have great consequences and need a lot of preparation by us lower level employees. - Lack of organization, one sprint could take literally a month and a half...while the one afterwards takes just 3 days because there's a pending version to be delivered by an approaching deadline. - No respect for work-life balance what so ever, you can be called after-hours and be told to finish up a task that's urgent...and there's no payment for that btw, although I was told otherwise during my interview.
