      No Guidance Immature Leadership offer salary less than market compititeness no work life balance Their ceo and cto needs to work on Leadership, and need to take classes to learn how to lead team rather than shouting and yelling employees all times, and also learn to provide constructive feedback

      This company is only for the best, due to cutting and bleeding edge of technologies, one is always learning, but that also means more responsibility more efforts, it an become difficult for people who are looking for work life balance. The company promotes "work life harmony" instead, a famous quote from Jeff Bezos.
