Pros
Freedom to work when/where you want. I was well-trained and felt confident when it was time to work on my own. My scheduling needs were always met. Courteous and understanding supervisors.
Cons
Sometimes it seemed that the supervisors/managers didn't know the work that was needed to be done on a file. Ex: Was given a file that would need at 2 working days - expected to be done in 0.5-1 day. But this was probably the only downside to working here.
