Poor communication and follow up - TBA Softpath System Employee Review

really easy onboarding both threw Softpath and siemens went for interview and had job within 3 days, pretty fast response from SoftPath for any questions i had .any questions i had Tejasree did respond pretty quickly. weather it was insurance or payroll related i got my questions answered pretty quickly. which is pretty handy when you have a question about jobsite questions or Hr related. i really like working for them and hope i get hired Fulltime to Siemens .

i dont have really any complaints just the pay was low and the required job requisites. that was more my fault for not reading it all in full. they did tell me to ask my manager for help which she did.

As a contracted client, I can truly say that Tajesree and her teammates have shown themselves to be both professional and compassionate when it comes to providing employment. They provide both the support and information needed to succeed at job assignments.

A little more on the salary side would be nice.
