I felt very valued as an employee. My mental/emotional health and well-being were high priorities for the owner/managers. I felt very comfortable expressing my opinions and ideas, and they were usually taken into consideration. Many opportunities for advancement. You hear a lot of laughter from the employees during the workday. Overall, a very sincere company with employees who take pride in their work and respect each other.

Due to being a small company, expect lower salary and less benefits than a comparable job with a bigger company.
