Staff turnover in UK in Sales has been very high for a number of years (e.g. 4 Sales Directors in past year, many many Account Executives.) Couple this with ever-changing Sales Territories plus a short-term approach of revenue through licence audit and customer relationships are very poor. All of this is addressable but Senior Management at the UK and EMEA level is very political so good team spirit, dedication and motivation is stifled - communication is top-down only.
