      Pros

      The company work/life balance is overall good. People are used to respect each's others agendas. That might be different across different territories, but it was the case with mine.

      Cons

      Product set has become too complex with a number of acquisitions in recent years. Value proposition pitched are not easily executable either by Software AG or even by customers.
