There is no best reasons to working at software business solutions consulting it's a small company 50-60 employees will provide free cab facility and food for afternoon and night shifts.
Cons
This company will hire people from anywhere bu,t in SBSC some employees and manager will not digest that south Indians work here. They will simply hire and fire without giving any notice period and didn't get any support from management's end. The major drawback is here local guys will not treat south people as much and they get full support from manager end also. In any firm either small or big manager role is very important but here quite opposite manager will not encourage those who are coming from south even we can't expect any support from managers end. He is culprit of this company i don't know management will know all these things or not his attitude is not good. He always put pressure on south people and he always point out the silly issues. Everybody will do mistakes in work, but here south guys will do any mistake that is his last day in office, even HR and management also not involve what exactly happen. Most of the senior guys in SBSC are taking work support from outside manager knows all these things and giving support for them, because they all are same family means all are came from north. Guys don't choose this company especially from south people here manager will sit infront of us and put more pressure while doing work. He won't give that much of time for work his main target is how to hire the south guys. He always point out the minor issues and highlighting those it's like a torture company. They are not identifying we are not Indians and some employees in office always commenting in floor and they don't know how to treat seniors and how to receive them and they all get full support from managers end to do all these things.
