Pros

Good exposure to international clients and technically challenging projects. Friendly colleagues, opportunities to learn, and experience across different technologies and industries.

Cons

Career progression and salary growth could be more transparent. Employee experience can depend heavily on the assigned client and project, with limited influence over long-term placement.

Pros

Usually good work-life balance and great HR. If you like mediocracy and get a little better than the Greek average salary it's fine but...

Cons

It's a trap for your career! For juniors they get wasted because, the few seniors that can (and want to) guide them are occupied with urgent worthless tasks or they have 5h meetings per day. For the seniors they want to evolve they don't really have the chance to do it and prove their worth, just because they are externals in a project they don't own (like every outsourcing scheme). They are buzzy with the tasks that owners don't want to do!

Pros

- Possible to work remotely. - Good work life balance in most cases. - Most people within in the company are willing to lend a hand if needed. - Some interesting jobs that you cannot find easily in other companies. - Company cares on how to grow junior developers. - Company wants to expand in new markets and customers...

Cons

- ... but it has trouble keeping existing ones in place. - Decisions from the upper management should be more transparent. - Recent acquisition from a large company backed by VC has caused a lot of stress in the management. - Company's philosophy on how to manage employees has lead to employee dissatisfaction and resignations. - Company does not seem to care so much about more experienced developers. - Perks on the lower end compare to the competition.
