- Good benefits: clean pantry and fridge, games area, hybrid work - Culture in tech team is good, seniors are friendly and give advice during lunch or break time - Fresh grads can be assigned to work on client projects if there's suitable opportunity, good learning experience to start

- Work is dependent on client projects available, if no client projects suitable for juniors, juniors will be given internal projects that are slower paced and learn something new (have both pros and cons)
