Pros
The team as a whole is amazing to work with and friendly. The folks at the top are very reasonable, and work-life balance is practically a foundation of the company. Everyone can come in at 9 and leave at 5 (or whatever schedule suits them), and separating work and life is not an issue whatsoever. If the request is within reason, you'll probably be able to take time off. Additionally, each employee gets a training budget, so in some cases, you can get paid to go to CTFs and conferences even if it's not part of your job!
Cons
It is a smaller company, so you probably won't see anything close to FAANG salaries. Also not entirely remote, but the one day a week in the office (if you're in the city) can certainly be a benefit to some!
