Pros
Its fun to work alongside cybersecurity team, the pentesters are really nice
You do get to cover a lot of different areas of marketing
If you like to build 0-1 programs there's lots of opportunities to do that
Cons
They have frequent turnover for roles on the business side (sales, marketing)
There is not as much freedom as promised, senior management has a very specific thing they want & they aren't good at communicating or trusting in marketing
There is a lot of unrealistic expectations on the role for just one person & very little to work with, none of senior management truly had deep marketing experience & don't actually understand it
