      Very good place to learn things on Junior position: how to write stable code, learn testing techniques, GIS algorithms and software development basics.

      Cons

      It is not clear how to grow in terms of career because decisions are made totally on personal feelings of management without taking into account of a progress of a person.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Takes care of employees and their career paths. Pays above marked in the local region. Very stable, many competitors when away.

      Cons

      As a small company may lack some growth opportunities. Overall staff structure is quite flat. But still it is the largest IT company in local region.

      Innovative company with strong focus on technology. Works with major GIS vendors like Esri. Pays much above market.

      Cons

      It is still small business and career opportunities are limited. It is hard to think about other cons as there are not that many.
