Great company with experienced engineers to learn from. The culture and whole social life at work is so good that I can't think of anything to improve here

As in any other software house, you may end up in a project which does not interest you, or is legacy. You can always say no to such an "opportunity" but we all know how it is - once the situation gets worse in the company, it is harder to have this assertiveness in you. Additionally, again, as in any other SH, the compensation will never be as high, as when working in-house

* internal company culture built from scratch for remote work * extreme internal transparency * open source projects

* it's a software house, offering mostly part-time contractor services, which is not for everyone
