7yFirstly - thanks for taking the time to review - it's genuinely appreciated. As we grow we are trying to find the right balance between developing our current team, workforce planning to meet customer needs and managing successful growth. We don't always get it right but it's constant learning curve for the organisation. Having said that - a 5 star review from a former employee always upsets me and gives me strength at the same time. It upsets me because we have obviously 'lost' a happy and engaged employee. It gives me strength because it means that the investments we are making in our people and approach are resonating - and it also means we have had a positive impact on your life that I hope you can carry forward. I appreciate that there are so many different reasons why people move on to new experiences and paths - so I wish you every success in the future and I hope SWO and your path may cross again at the right time.
