- One person company if this person likes you, you're on board, you get flexibility, allowances and appraisal. If not you are not given tasks, neglected and they only see the flaws in your work. - Poor planning. - Not following any Agile as alleged. - Ratting out to that person is something softxpert is famous for. - Stupid tracking time system for modern slavery without any consideration to work done. - Not friendly environment at all.
