Pros

I joined as a fresher they welcomed me onboard without judging my marks they hired based on my skills. I worked here for almost 1 year as intern and then Junior AI/ML Engineer. I worked on total 3 projects it was my best time here got to learn new things. Team and Management are very supportive towards everyone.

Cons

There are no cons but its just its a startup environment no fancy treatment like MNC. If you have passion to build something then only join here otherwise don't.

Pros

The company is a great place for anyone who genuinely wants to learn, take initiative, and grow fast. You get to work on diverse projects that give you real exposure to both technology and client communication. The culture encourages ownership: you’re trusted with responsibility early on, which helps you develop confidence and versatility. There’s transparency in how things are run, and suggestions are usually heard and acted upon. The team itself is driven and collaborative, and there’s an underlying startup energy that keeps things exciting. You also get direct visibility into how your work impacts real outcomes, something that’s often missing in larger companies. Work-from-home flexibility and a non-complicated hierarchy make the environment both dynamic and supportive.

Cons

While the learning opportunities are immense, the pace can sometimes be intense, especially during tight deadlines. Compensation is Decent/ Good but may not always compete with larger firms, though it’s balanced by the exposure and ownership you gain. Overall, the environment demands adaptability and resilience, so it’s best suited for those who thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving setups rather than those seeking a rigid 9-to-5 routine.

Pros

Opportunity to work on real tasks from day one.

Cons

No offer letter shared even after repeated follow-ups. No formal onboarding process. Unrealistic deadlines without proper documentation (no README files or project handover). Zero technical or managerial support; responses were often “you have to do it yourself.” Unprofessional and rude communication tone from management/HR. Mentally exhausting and toxic work environment. Employees are expected to deliver without clarity, tools, or support. Advice to Management Before onboarding any employee, ensure that a formal offer letter is issued and a structured onboarding process is followed. Provide proper project documentation, realistic timelines, and a basic support system. Employees are as important as clients without them, delivery is not possible. Overall Experience My experience was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly requesting an offer letter, none was provided. Tasks were assigned with short deadlines but without essential documentation or support. After only four days, I was unfairly held responsible for project-related issues and terminated. It felt like I was brought in only to complete immediate tasks and then removed. I would advise candidates to be cautious and ensure all documentation is in place before joining.
