I don't know how they retain employees with their low pay scale, Easily 20-25K lower than market. NO BONUSES and MINIMAL yearly raise, if any. Last years yearly raise was less than 0.03%, more of a slap in the face than a reward for good work. There was an employee who was leaving at the pay grade lower than me, but they offered him a promotion and a match in pay to new roll (so ~20K more than I make) just to try and retain, yet not able to give yearly raises....
