Pros
The Certification business is market driven and managed accordingly. At the same time, it is fully owned by the Charity, therefore follows strong ethical values. Team is dedicated and competent whilst human and respectful.
Cons
Small company so very little room for progress once you reach a certain stage. The Charity is not as well managed as Certification and therefore less stable.
