Pros

I'm writing a review although I'm not sure if this company is going to still be in business in the future. During Q1 in 2018, most of the employees were fired or forced to sign contracts with Comarch (from more than 100 only 20 were kept at SoInteractive). The company was quite small (100 - 150 employees) and had a great atmosphere. It was a great place to start your career (first job ever) or even to move from one position to another. Not many, but if you were lucky it was possible to work on an interesting project.

Cons

There was a complete lack of management. The top management didn't have a vision, didn't organize the company, didn't get involved. A couple of pupils were treated better than others (could work remotely, could visit the CEO in NYC, could go to conferences etc.). There was no training plan and no career planning. The company employed mostly students and juniors hence there was not many specialists or seniors (especially when it comes to programming). There's been an ongoing problem with disinformation (about what's happening in the company, what's the direction, current issues etc.). They offered low salaries compared to what's on the market. There were no real gamification projects.

Pros

- flat structure (it was changing in a time) - interesting projects for global clients - possibility to work with recent technology (but legacy code was also in few places)

Cons

- sometimes to many things happen same times - recruitment process passed inappropriate person to the team from time to time - being part or bigger company cause a lot of headache if you're more than regular employee

Pros

Great team workers, very creative people, good friends. Chance to gain professional experience. Contribution to interesting project for clients and for company.

Cons

Unqualified and unstable management. No sense of security in how long will you have job, even if youre a good employee. Rarely, but there were 7-10 days delays in getting payment.
