Pros
The product is strong, the data is effective, and there are talented people throughout the organization. Unlimited PTO is also a positive benefit when workloads allow employees to take advantage of it.
Cons
Since the acquisition, many employees feel abandoned and disconnected from leadership. There is a growing perception that employee concerns are not being heard and that people are viewed as replaceable rather than valued contributors. The message often feels less like “how can we improve?” and more like “if you don’t like it here, someone else will take your place.”
Compensation has also become a significant concern. Employees are being asked to do more while feeling that pay, career growth, and recognition are not keeping pace. Retaining top talent requires more than a strong product. It requires investing in people, rewarding performance, and demonstrating that employees are valued.
Morale has declined, and many talented employees have already left, with more departures appearing likely. The company has great people and a strong product, but leadership needs to do a better job showing employees that they matter through both actions and compensation.
