      Pros

      They are genuinely dedicated to their mission. It feels good to be a part of a company with great values across all levels. Despite having locations in three US cities and Nairobi, they manage to create a close- knit and encouraging community.

      Cons

      There is often a lack of the resources needed to achieve the very high goals they set. Like any startup, it's a work in progress, but they are dedicated to innovation and improvement.
