Pros

You get a lot of free products. Everyone drinks all the time because of the stress. The office is pretty casual. The location is nice, it's in K-town. Biggest pro was the post-Soko glow, though.

Cons

Okay, here we go. The HR department is a joke. That's the nicest way I can put it. It's headed by two mean girls, who seem to think they're running a sorority instead of an actual company. Also, they seem to think "diversifying" means hiring white men instead of just Asians? The HR team has the CEO wrapped around their fingers and call all the (terrible) shots. They only give promotions to their personal favorites, or as part of a complex emotional game. They'll meet with their favorites and gossip about other coworkers, the level of trash-talk is insane and beyond unprofessional. They will use personal information to manipulate you. The toxicity of these in-office politics is completely off the charts. I never once felt safe there. As a result, the entire office is left feeling complacent and constantly looking to leave. People just Juul in the office and search on LinkedIn for jobs, no one actually cares about growing the company. And how could they? Last year, the company launched a new brand called TIMY with a new team. That didn't help at all, more of the resources went to launching the new brand and the original teams were neglected or forced to work for both brands. Morale? I don't know her. Soko cares about things like big name schools and well-known companies on the resume. They like the "prestige" of a cool name, and don't screen for actual intellect or job capability. You'll see unexperienced, incompetent employees, who get rewarded with higher pay and titles despite lacking any developed skills. Did I mention the turnover? Pay is awful. PTO sucks. This company can't retain talent to save its life. If for some reason you ignore these reviews and decide to work here, have fun doing three different full-time jobs (due to the high turnover) and only getting (under)paid for the one you were hired to do! While you're there, make sure not to trust HR. Oh, by the way, HR asks its current employees to write good reviews to boost the rating, so that they actually stand a chance of tricking people into working there. P.S. You'll be constantly breaking out from the stress, so those free products don't even matter.
