As long as you are a contractor who is committed to quality and getting the work done, you will do well. They also have given me a steady stream of work.

Sol Solutions does a great job of snagging some really great employees, for a short minute. Discovered that the average employee stays for less than three months, and no one has lasted longer than one year. The saying “you learn more from the worst boss than the best” rings true, if you’re really looking for an experience that will last a lifetime.

The owner doesn’t even live in the same state as the employees, so there is no leadership whatsoever. Organized chaos, and an ask for forgiveness not permission attitude pertains to the entire business. In my time there I witnessed employees who were promised bonuses, and scheduled raises, that never happened. An employee walked out on the job for breach of contract. The bigger issue with Sol Solutions Today is the complete lack of ethics. This company provides services for twice the cost of other contractors. They also mislead their customers with blatant lies about produces to get them to buy, while focusing on the elderly. Good people shouldn’t take the bait and find themselves a part of something they can’t stand behind. Do your research, and ask the right questions.
