      Sol-up is an amazing company to work for. Unfortunately they do not value their employees in a way that allows them to compensate them for the work that they do. If you want to work for a company with amazing people. This is the place for you. But do not expect to be paid for the amount of work that you do. The burn out is real once you realize that you are not appreciated.

      My pros section speaks about the cons. This is a wonderful place to work until you are expected to be paid for what you do.

      There’s money to be made if you’re willing to learn and put in the work. Casual employee culture. Knowledgeable coworkers that have been in the industry for 10+ years

      Very chaotic as times, which can make the job stressful.

      Most of the employees and kind and caring people doing a great job. The CEO, Frank, is great and very intelligent and exhibits his passion toward the industry and company values

      Cons

      Frank's partial owners are not interested company culture or overall employee happiness. Every position wears many hats and people are spread very thin, with little compensation to overcome this. As an employee, don't be disagreeable, keep your mouth shut...
