Corrupt HR, Back Stabbing Verticals & Inhumane Treatment - Coordinator Sol de Janeiro Employee Review

There is one person manning upper management of HR and she's toxic, gossips and forms biases which she then uses to fuel her advise to others (and most of the time her advice is unprofessional) People will speak to you disrespectfully and upper management wants you to take it and not say a word because it makes it easier for them My boss added to my plate by giving me additional work that would have to be managed daily (throughout the day) Stingy with raises This company preaches positivity but really, this is a "girl-boss" environment where most employees are passive aggressive until they are finally fed up and have some nasty words to say to you. This felt like high school and it was weird. I have heard countless stories of some employees making racist remarks outside of work and of course, those were the employees that gave me the hardest times.
