      - Very supportive of new ideas and technologies to improve old methods - Very friendly and inviting if you are foreign to solar

      Cons

      - Lacked connections and resources to make best use of scaling technologies (AWS, GCP, etc) - Solar market trends are strongly tied to partisan policy decisions so can be slowed down for not fault of your own
