Very well ambient and employees. Dont hesitate to help you to grow on your career and daily basis tasks.
Cons
Management is terrible. Work-life is not balanced. You have to work on office every day on every week on every month. You should be almost dying for requesting an remote work. Also your word it only goes to the management's ears and nothing is done for your request/suggestions for work.
